29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stair-rail system along each unprotected side or edge: a) This violation occurred on or about October 17, 2015, at a workplace located at 6604 Old Gate Road, Plano, Texas; where employees used the main stairway in the house to travel between the first and second floors. The staircase, which had more than four (4) rises, had two unprotected edges exposing employees to hazard of falling to the lower level.
