29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):            On or about October 28, 2015, at the job site employees were observed installing roofing shingles on a 2-story building 6 feet or more to a lower level.  All employees were wearing personal fall arrest harness but not all employees were tied off to anchor points.  Employees were exposed to fall hazard.           Lucio Delacruz Gallardo was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 917642, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on September 13, 2013 with a final abatement date of September 13, 2013, with respect to a workplace hazard at 14005 Drakes Way, Oklahoma City, OK 73178.
