Section 5(a)1 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to hazards such as but not limited to amputation:         a) The Mobile Zoo Chimpanzee enclosure: On or about November 10, 2015: Employees were exposed to physical harm such as but not limited to amputation hazards when coming into physical contact with chimpanzee species and/or other animals, and the employer did not ensure that employees did not come into physical contact with animals, which are known to be aggressive toward humans, through engineering controls, administrative controls or the use of personal protective equipment.
