29 CFR 1926.501(b)(6): Each employee on ramps, runways, and other walkways was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8 m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems:  JOBSITE:  The employer did not ensure that the employee, exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 10 feet 6 inches to the ground while  carrying rebar to the edge of a driveway was protected from falling by the use of guardrails, personal fall arrest systems or other equivalent means.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  JOBSITE:  The employee, exposed to fall hazards while carrying rebar to the edge of a driveway was not provided with information and training to recognize fall hazards and procedures to minimize such hazards.
