29 CFR 1926.1408(a)(2): The equipment's maximum working radius could get closer than 20 feet to a power line and the employer did not meet the requirements in Option (1), Option (2), or Option (3) of this section:  (a)  At the 101 E. Division St., Fond Du Lac jobsite; a Grove TMS 500E truck mounted crane was positioned where part of the frame was inside the encroachment zone and the crane could get closer than 20 feet to a power line exposing employees to electrical shock and electrocution hazards.
