29 CFR 1926.300(b)(1): Power operated tool(s), designed to accommodate guards, were not equipped with such guards when in use:  a) Worksite: An employee was cutting exterior window trim using a DeWalt table saw (serial no. 2014 12-CT28639). The exposed portion of the unguarded blade was approximately 2" above the table; on or about 11/16/15.  The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
