29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: Auto and Paint Shop: On or about December 3, 2015, and at times prior thereto, an employee was exposed to chemical and respiratory hazards, while painting and sandblasting automobiles without a respiratory program to address key issues such as, but not limited to, training, fit testing, and medical evaluation for employees required to use a respirator.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use Auto and Paint Shop: On or about December 3, 2015, the employee was exposed to chemical hazards, while painting, sandblasting, and welding automobiles without safety data sheets to address key issues of hazardous chemicals and materials such as, but not limited to, first aid measures, handling and storage, and accidental release measures.
