29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): Grounding path. The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures shall be permanent, continuous, and effective.  Drilling Site: On or about December 07, 2015, the employer did not ensure the Company man's trailer was properly grounded.  This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock hazard.  Hoppes Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard (29CFR 1910.304.(g)(5), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 960689, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 02, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at Pecos Valley State 26, Well #1 Imperial, TX 79743 .
