29 CFR 1910.22(c): Covers and/or guardrails were not provided to protect personnel from the hazards of open pits, tanks, vats, ditches, etc:    a)  On or about December 17, 2015, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards where the nets in the oil change pits were in disrepair.  The nets installed in the three pits had broken and unraveling netting.       Griffin Fast Lube LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.22(c), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1020651, citation  number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 2, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at Jiffy Lube Service Center #705, 5805 Independence St., Arvada, CO, 80002.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:  a) On or about December 17, 2015, employees were exposed to electrical hazards where, in the outer service bay, items were stored in front of electrical panels, thereby not maintained a three foot clearance in front of the panels.
