29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(A)(1): When an unqualified person was working in an elevated position near overhead lines with voltages to ground rated at 50 kV or below, the distance between the person and longest conductive object he or she may contact, was less than 10 feet of any unguarded, energized overhead line: Shady Lane Farm - On or about 12/23/2015, an employee suffered electrical injuries when his metal boom that was intended to unload grain from a tractor trailer contacted a 7200 volt overhead power line.
