On or about December 23, 2015 during the installation of roofing material at the job site located at 70 Whitefriars Dr, Akron, Ohio 44319; the employer did not ensure employees working on the roof of a new construction single family home were protected from possible danger of eye injury from impact, or from flying objects from the employees installing roofing material.
