29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring were not protected from damage:    a- 6th Floor - 642 Bedford Avenue, Brooklyn NY: On or about 1/14/16 site workers were used flexible cords fed through and around the facility's elevator shaft to supply power to the 6th floor junction box.
