29 CFR 1918.62(a)(1): At the completion of each use, loose gear such as slings, chains, bridles, blocks, and hooks were not so placed as to avoid damage to the gear.  a) 1080 Port Rd, Wurtland, KY - On or about 1/20/16, chains and shackles were left out on the barge deck exposing then to damage.   In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).  McGinnis, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1918.62(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 301511515, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/14/11, with respect to a workplace located at 1080 Port Rd, Wurtland, KY 41144.
