29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stair rail system along each unprotected side or edge:    a) Interior Stairway - On or about January 28, 2016 and times prior to, a stairway system consisting of 9 risers (leading from the first floor to the landing) was not equipped with a handrail or stair rail system on either of its opens sides, thus exposing employees of fall hazards of up to approximately 5 feet onto concrete ground.    b) Interior Stairway - On or about January 28, 2016 and times prior to, a stairway system consisting of 8 risers (leading from the landing to the second floor) was not equipped with a stair rail system on either of its open sides, thus exposing employees of fall hazards of up to approximately 10 feet onto wooden risers and concrete ground.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a) Roof - On or about January 28, 2016, employees who were installing trusses on a two-story home were exposed to fall hazards up to approximately 16 feet onto concrete and earthen ground because the workers were not fall protected.    Eduardo Torres dba Premium Framing Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard [1926.501(b)(13)], which was contained in OSHA inspection number 901171, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 24, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 2956 Vine Grove Street, Powder Springs, GA 30127.
