29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. A) East 36th St., on or about February 2, 2016, employees performing roof work on a 6 in 12 sloped roof were not using any type of fall protection equipment, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of about 23 feet.
