29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employers shall develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, material safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also includes the following: (a) Medina's Masonry at 2758 Calamante Circle, Superior, CO: On and before January 28, 2016, the employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at the workplace a site specific written hazard communication program. Employees are potentially exposed to hazardous chemicals, including but not limited to the following: 1) Manufactured Stone Veneer 2) Sakrete Mortar Mix Type S and N Note: The requirements applicable to construction work under this section are identical to those set forth at 29 CFR 1926.59.

Employees are potentially exposed to hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, the following: 1) Manufactured Stone Veneer 2) Sakrete Mortar Mix Type S and N Note: The requirements applicable to construction work under this section are identical to those set forth at 29 CFR 1926.59.

29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): Respirator users were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134 when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible: (a) Medina's Masonry at 2758 Calamante Circle, Superior, CO: On and before January 28, 2016, the employer did not ensure that any employee using a respirator voluntarily was provided with the information contained in Appendix D to this section when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible. The employer provided N95 filtering face piece respirators for voluntary use but did not provide the information contained in Appendix D. This condition potentially exposed the employees to a respiratory hazard. Note: The requirements applicable to construction work under this section are identical to those set forth at 29 CFR 1926.103.
