29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: a) The Production Work Shop: On or about February 29, 2016, an employee operated a Wilder Workhorse splitter machine which had its control switch installed into a knockout style box which had unused opening that was not effectively closed, exposing employees to electrical hazards.
