29 CFR 1910.1001(d)(1)(i): The employer did not determine employee exposures from breathing zone air samples that were representative of the 8-hour TWA and/or 30-minute short-term exposures of each employee:    On or about February 10, 2016, at the Corpus Christi Army Depot in building 372 located at NAS-CC, employees were performing HEPA vacuum maintenance, such as but not limited to, cleaning, repairing, and replacing HEPA bags inside vacuums that collect asbestos containing material (ACM). The employer did not determine the airborne concentration of asbestos of employees who perform maintenance on HEPA vacuums.

29 CFR 1910.1018(e)(1)(i): Determinations of airborne exposure levels were not made from air samples that were representative of each employee's exposure to inorganic arsenic over an eight -8 hour period:    On or about February 10, 2016, at the Corpus Christi Army Depot in building 372 located at NAS-CC, employees were performing HEPA vacuum maintenance, such as but not limited to, cleaning, repairing, and replacing HEPA bags inside vacuums, which contained metal dusts, such as but not limited to, arsenic. The employer did not determine the airborne concentration of arsenic of employees who perform maintenance on HEPA vacuums.

The employer did not determine the airborne concentration of cadmium of employees who  perform maintenance on HEPA vacuums.

The employer did not determine the airborne concentration of lead of employees who perform maintenance on HEPA vacuums.
