29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: Building #6 - Unit #611: On or about February 18, 2016, the employer did not ensure that strain relief was provided on a power cord connected to a Makita saw, serial #1424025, used to cut siding.
