29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages of insulated or uninsulated lines of 10 feet. a) At the jobsite, 1761 Palm Bay Rd NE, Palm Bay, FL 32907, employees were working on a 15 foot scaffold installing 17 foot rebar in a concrete block wall. Power line was approximately 7 feet from the building and power lines were 31 feet in the air with 7,620 kV phase to ground lines. When the employees were lifting the rebar they were less than 8 feet-6 inches from the power line. This violation was discovered on or about February 24, 2016.
