29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):   Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.   On 2/23/2016, employees from Extravagant Remodels LLC were installing shingles on a roof of a residential building located at 118, 120, 122 & 124 Arlington Court, Warrenton MO. The owner and two employees were not wearing eye protection while using pneumatic nail guns.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):   "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.  On 2/23/2016, employees from Extravagant Remodels LLC were installing shingles on a roof of a residential building located at 118, 120, 122 & 124 Arlington Court, Warrenton MO.  They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.  The owner and three employees were observed working on the roof of the building without utilizing fall protection.
