29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):     Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.      On 4/01/2016, employees from Extravagant Remodels LLC were installing shingles on a roof of a residential building located at 403 East Lakeview, Warrenton, MO. The owner and two employees were not wearing eye protection while using pneumatic nail guns and a battery powered circular saw.    Extravagant Remodels LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1127993, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/17/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 118, 120, 122 & 124 Arlington Court, Warrenton MO.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.    On 4/01/2016, employees from Extravagant Remodels LLC were installing shingles on a roof of a residential building located at 403 East Lakeview, Warrenton, MO.  They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.  The owner and four employees were observed working on the roof of the building without utilizing fall protection.     Extravagant Remodels LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1127993, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/17/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 118, 120, 122 & 124 Arlington Court, Warrenton MO.
