29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  (a)  On or about February 25, 2016,  employees were exposed to injuries from falls, while working from a canopy-type structure, in excess of six feet above the lower surface, without the benefit of fall protection systems being in place.    Hybert Enterprises was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number  908837, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 15, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at Federal & Belleview, Littleton, CO.
