29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems:   (a)  On or about May 17, 2018, two employees were exposed to injuries from falls, while working from a canopy-type structure, approximately 18 feet above the lower surface, without the benefit of fall protection systems being in place.    Hybert Enterprises was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1128430, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 10, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at Intersection East Fountain Blvd and Academy Parkway Loop, Colorado Springs, CO 80909.   Hybert Enterprises was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 908837, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 15, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at Federal & Belleview, Littleton, CO 80123.
