29 CFR 1910.106(e)(9)(iii): Combustible waste material and residues in a building or unit operating area were not kept to a minimum, stored in covered metal receptacles and disposed of daily: (a) On or about March 8, 2016, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that the metal receptacles, located in the oil pit area, were lined with a plastic bag and contained combustible oily rags which were not covered and/or disposed of on a daily basis. Additionally, oily rags located in the automotive bay area were kept in a plastic bucket rather than a covered metal receptacle.
