The U.S. Department of Agriculture - Food Safety Inspection Service was previously cited for violations of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR Part 1910.1200(h)(1)) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1112583, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, issued on May 16, 2016, with respect to a workplace at 109 Highway 1085, Madisonville, Louisiana.  The Final Order for this citation was June 14, 2016.
