29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section:     a) Lot 753 Glenwood Drive, Plantation Lakes, Millsboro, DE: On or about March 11, 2016, the employer failed to ensure each employee conducting construction activities used fall protection, working approximately 10 feet above the grade, exposing employees to fall hazards.       Enoch Contractors, Inc. fka Enoch Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1101843, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/18/2015, with respect to a workplace located at Lot #50 Scott Court, Estates at Cedar Lane, Middletown, DE.      Enoch Contractors, Inc. fka Enoch Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 985798, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/18/2014, with respect to a workplace located at Lot #68 Loder Drive, Timber Mills, Smyrna, DE.
