29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l) (Construction reference 1926.602(d)  a) Lot 8 of the Hatteras Hills Development, Magnolia, DE 19962; on or about September 5, 2024, the employer failed to provide training to employees operating powered industrial trucks to lift trusses to the upper levels of a newly constructed home so the employees could conduct framing activities.  Enoch Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.178(l)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1599627, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 2, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 1, 2, 3, and 4 at the Loganberry Village Felton, DE 19943.
