29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):     Location: 70 Stoddard Avenue North Haven CT 06473    A written hazard communication program was not developed and implemented for products and chemicals such as but not limited too seal 781W sealer, 9600 polyester inks, and paint strippers.    The Platt & Labonia Company LLC  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 981989, citation number 02 item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/22/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 70 Stoddard Avenue, North Haven, CT 06473.
