OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard:    A)    Wright Refuse, Inc., located at 1400 South Metcalf Street, Lima, OH 45804: On or about March 1, 2016, the employer did not maintain the rear-loader container lifting devices on waste collection and compaction truck # 1402. The rear-loader lifting support for the trunnion bars did not provide necessary restrains in order to prevent side-to-side movement of a waste container, and the lifting hook was not equipped with a safety latch. Employees were at risk of serious injury from exposure to struck-by hazards.    Among other methods, a feasible abatement method is to follow American National Standard Institute (ANSI) Z245.1 - 2012, "Mobile Wastes and Recyclable Materials Collection, Transportation, and Compaction Equipment - Safety Requirements" Section 10.2.5.1
