29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):   Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, on roofs 50-feet or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system:    a) 2560 Tioga St, Philadelphia, PA - The employer did not provide a monitoring system for the employees working on a low-slope roof approximately 12 feet above the lower level and 40 feet wide thus exposing the employees to fall hazards. This condition was observed on or about March 21, 2016.

This condition was observed on or about March 21, 2016.
