29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail:    (a) Building A, East Stairway: On or about March 29, 2016, and at times prior, as the controlling employer, Quality Construction Co., did not ensure that their sub-contractor Tudahl Contracting LLC, protected their employees in that employees were exposed to a fall to the floor below using a stairway with approximately eleven risers to access and egress the new commercial building.  (b) Building A, East Stairway: On or about March 29, 2016, and at times prior, as the controlling employer, Quality Construction Co., did not ensure that their sub-contractor D.J.'s Electrical, protected their employees in that employees were exposed to a fall to the floor below using a stairway with approximately eleven risers to access and egress the new commercial building.  (c) Building A, East Stairway: On or about March 29, 2016, and at times prior, as the controlling employer, Quality Construction Co., did not ensure that their sub-contractor Garden City Plumbing, protected their employees in that employees were exposed to a fall to the floor below using a stairway with approximately eleven risers to access and egress the new commercial building.
