29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs,  debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures:  a) Jobsite - The employer did not provide a clean and safe working environment. The job-site was littered with new and old pieces of lumber, numerous pieces of trash, as well as a large pile of rubbish, exposing employees to trip hazards.  Observed on or about 3/15/16.
