29 CFR 1910.95(c)(1): The employer did not administer a continuing, effective hearing conservation program as described in 29 CFR 1910.9(c) through (o) whenever employee noise exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 85 decibels measured on the A scale, or equivalently a dose of fifty percent:   On or about April 13th, 20165, in the plant production area, where employees were exposed to noise hazard without a continuing, effective conservation program in place:  a) The Wood Door Fabrication Machine (Unique 250 G2) and Wide Belt Sander Machine (Extrema XS -3M43) operator was exposed to a noise level of 90.06 dBA during a 427 minutes sampling period on April 13th, 2015.  b) The Corded Random Orbit Sander/Polisher (Bosh ROS10) and Pneumatic Precision Point Brad Nailer Dewalt DWFP12233) operator was exposed to a noise level of 87.29 dBA during a 421 minutes sampling period on April 13th, 2015.
