29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:  a) On or about April 20, 2016 at 741 Sweet Ridge Rd, Montgomery, Al: The employer did not ensure fall protection was used on the carpenters bracket scaffold located at the back of the house which exposed employees walking across it to falls of 19 feet 6 inches to the ground.  b) On or about April 20, 2016 at 741 Sweet Ridge Rd, Montgomery, Al: The employer failed to ensure fall protection was used on the Crawling board (chicken ladder) used at the peak of roof to finish facia trim work which exposed employees to fall hazards onto the 12:12 pitch roof then off the 9 feet 8 inches distance from eave of the roof to the ground.
