The Bureau of Indian Education was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1056018, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on November 9, 2015, with respect to the BIE maintenance shop located at Paquolte Dr., Fort Defiance, AZ 86504.
