29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident:    a) CSX Maintenance Facility under the platform on track 6 and 7, and the electricians shop - On May 9, 2016, and at times prior, employees were exposed to circuit breakers that had incomplete, illegible, or missing markings indicating its purpose.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(A): Working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less was not provided with the minimal depth in the direction of access to live parts as indicated in Table S-1:    a) CSX Maintenance Facility West end, between track 6 and 7 - On May 9, 2016, and at times prior, employees were exposed to a blocked 120 volt circuit breaker panel box at the west end between track 6 and 7, that did not have 36 inches of clear working space.
