Erie Protective Coatings, Inc. - On or about May 11, 2016, and at times prior thereto, the elevated walkway, adjacent to tanks containing corrosive substances including, but not limited to, Sulfuric Acid, Nitric Acid and Sodium Hydroxide, was not equipped with standard railings to prevent employees from falling into the tanks.
