29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:    a) Worksite - 15 Dune Rd., Westhampton Beach, NY: Employee was working on a mobile scaffold approximately four feet in height while installing building material. The scaffold was positioned on the first floor deck of a residential home, approximately 12 feet in height, resulting in exposure to a fall of approximately 16 feet. The employee was not protected from falling; on, or about, 04/30/2016.      Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.

The employee was not protected from falling to lower levels through the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems; on, or about, 04/30/2016.
