On or about May 19, 2016 at 1899 Chisholm Court, Tucker, Georgia, ten (10) employees engaged in the operation of felling, limbing, and cutting trees into sections for disposal were exposed to hazards including, but not limited to cuts and lacerations, amputation, struck-by, crushing, falls, and electrocution. No one on site was trained to render first aid.
