29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     (a) Smyrna Grove Subdivision, 3005 Smyrna Grove , Lot 171, Smyrna, GA.: Employees were not using a personal fall arrest system and were doing carpentry work such as, installing a stair case and removing debris from the residence. They were entering and exiting through the 2nd floor window located above the porch at the residence, and were exposed to fall hazards of 10.1 feet to the ground.
