29 CFR 1910.1025(d)(3)(i): The initial determination for lead was not based on employee exposure monitoring results and other relevant considerations listed in 29 CFR 1910.1025(d)(3)(i)(A), (B) and/or (C): Note: This standard was referenced from 29 CFR 1915.1025 Lead standard for shipyard work. A) In the engine room of a Coast Guard Cutter, at North Lake Union Drydock Company, employees were removing lead containing material and the employer had not performed full shift personal air sampling to determine employee exposure.
