The U.S. Customs & Border Protection was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 1019175, citation no. 3, item no. 2, issued on February 10, 2015 with respect to a workplace at Seattle, WA.   The U.S. Customs & Border Protection was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 960958, citation no. 2, item no. 1, issued on April 30, 2014 with respect to a workplace at Blaine, WA.   The U.S. Customs & Border Protection was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 606238, citation no. 1, item no. 1, issued on September 25, 2012 with respect to a workplace at Port Angeles, WA.
