29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that the employer did not ensure the safety of the equipment pursuant to the considerations in sections (i) through (viii) of 29 CR 1910.303(b)(1): a) Southwest Corner of the Building, where employees were required to re-set breakers in the panel located in the southwest corner of the building when visible rainwater was running down the wall behind the panel and dripping from the ceiling in front of the panel. Hazard: Electrocution.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled equipment was not installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Southwest Corner of the Building, where the electrical panel installed in the interior of the building was exposed to wet and damp conditions due to rainwater entering the structure through roof leaks and gaps in the wall framing. Employees were required to re-set breakers in the panel when visible rainwater was running down the wall behind the panel and dripping from the ceiling in front of the panel. Hazard: Electrocution.

29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition: a) Facility, where damaged carpeting and vinyl flooring located throughout the work space included: 1. Air Cargo Area, where the carpeting located throughout the work space created tripping hazards due to tears and frayed edges. 2. Kitchen, where the vinyl flooring located in the threshold was torn and not secured, creating a tripping hazard. The U.S. Custom and Border Protection was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1153095, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 22, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at Seatac, WA.
