29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): "Unprotected sides and edges." Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    a) Jobsite: A employee engaged in installation activities on the edge of an unprotected edge was exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet without the use of a fall protection system on or about 6/10/16.    b) Jobsite: Employees engaged in debris removal activities on the edge of an unprotected edge was exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet without the use of a fall protection system on or about 6/10/16.      Hua Da Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1121458, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/25/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 934 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107.    Hua Da Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1135025, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/27/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 934 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107.    Hua Da Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1134203, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/27/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 917 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107.
