29 CFR 1926.416(a)(3): When and where energized circuits existed, the employer failed to post and maintain proper warning signs, advise employees of the location, hazard involved, and the proper protective measures to be taken:    a) Jobsite: Hip City Veg space, mezzanine - Employees conducting demolition of electrical wires were exposed to shock hazards with no proper warning signs posted or maintained, or employees advised of the location of the energized wires, the hazards involved, and the protective measures needed to be taken.  An employee who cut an unidentified energized electrical wire with a wire cutter was shocked and hospitalized.    Noted on or about 6/16/16.

29 CFR 1926.850(d): Electrical power, water or other utility lines required to remain available during demolition were not temporarily relocated and protected, as necessary.    a) Jobsite: Hip City Veg space, mezzanine -  Employees conducting demolition of electrical wires were exposed to shock hazards without the temporary power line needed to power equipment temporarily relocated or protected.      Noted on or about 6/16/16.
