29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): Specific procedural steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy.    Production area - On or about July 22, 2016, employees were required to work with and on the Harris baler (HR52)/ conveyor belt. The employer had not developed specific  procedural steps for shutting  down, isolating, blocking all energy sources. Employees were thereby exposed to the hazards associated with the unexpected enerigization of equipment.
