(a) 3765 Atlanta Industrial  Dr. SW Suite 200, Warehouse: The Employer exposed employees to smoke inhalation and fire hazards by not ensuring aisle ways in the warehouse were clear for employees to exit safely in the event of an emergency.

29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Where mechanical handling equipment is used, sufficient safe clearances shall be allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways and wherever turns or passage must be made. Aisles and passageways shall be kept clear and in good repairs, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard.  (a) 3765 Atlanta Industrial  Dr. SW Suite 200, Warehouse: The employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards  by not ensuring aisles and passageways were kept clear of boxes.

Boxes were placed in front of the door exposing employees to an egress hazard.
