29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): To facilitate cleaning, every floor, working place, and passageway shall be kept free from protruding nails, splinters, holes, or loose boards. On or about 08/01/2016, in the warehouse near the bailing area, the floor was not kept free of holes making it difficult to sweep shraded cardboard that was accumulating in the holes.
