29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were sitting or climbing on the edge of the basket: Metcon Building Systems Inc. project site located at Weeden Creek Rd. Sheboygan, WI: On August 4, 2016, two employees were exposed to falls while working from JLG S-40 boom lifts were climbing up and working from the mid rails of the lifts while disconnecting bundles of roofing steel being landed on the roof structure.
